The Bus Experience

At Bubbly and Beautiful, we believe the journey to your wedding day should be just as magical as the day itself. Our unique planning experience takes place on a charming vintage bus, designed to inspire and delight. Before the visit, the bride completes a comprehensive wedding decor planning form, sharing her vision and dreams for the special day. Based on these details, Mindy crafts exquisite centerpieces and bouquets, ready for a grand reveal. The bride is invited to bring up to 5 guests to share in this intimate and joyful experience. The Bubbly and Beautiful bus also features a delightful photo booth, allowing you and your guests to capture the fun and excitement of the day.

As the bride and her guests explore the custom-made floral arrangements, they also enjoy a delectable charcuterie board and sip on champagne, creating a celebratory atmosphere. The bride is also welcome to bring her own snacks and drinks to personalize the experience further. To add a personal touch, we play your favorite music throughout the visit, creating a soundtrack that reflects your unique style and personality.

During the bus experience, the bride is presented with an array of stunning designs tailored to her vision. After exploring all the options, the bride selects her desired items and package. At the end of the visit, Mindy puts together and emails a final quote for approval. Once the quote is confirmed, Mindy and Jamie take care of every detail, ensuring a seamless planning process. From this point on, there’s no need to worry about decorations – we handle everything, so you can focus on cherishing every moment leading up to your special day.

About us...

Bubbly and Beautiful is the culmination of over 30 years of passion and expertise in the wedding industry. Founded by a dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Jamie and Mindy, the business combines Jamie's love for music and DJing with Mindy's talent for floral decor. Initially, Mindy assisted Jamie with his DJ services, but over time, she developed a keen interest in floral design. She began capturing photos of wedding decor and floral centerpieces, recreating them with her unique touch. This evolving passion led to the creation of stunning floral arrangements that perfectly complemented Jamie's musical ambiance. Recognizing the synergy between their talents, Jamie and Mindy merged their skills to form Bubbly and Beautiful. Their combined mission is to make wedding planning as enjoyable and memorable as the wedding day itself.

Hannah

Hannah is my niece! Her wedding was stunning. She was married at the Mishawaka Methodist Church and her reception was at Palais Royale. She asked if I would help her with her wedding shower flowers in a fun hot pink theme. My step daughter Kaylee and I worked together. Kaylee provided the balloon arch and I did the flowers for the arch as well as the center pieces and a few extras here and there. Hannah was such a beautiful bride and she is a beautiful person both inside and out! Congrats Hannah and Tim.

Jessica

I had so much fun with Jessica and her girls on the bus! Jessica wanted a very natural, boho, outdoors theme for her wedding. Her colors were so captivating! She chose sage green and rust orange with hints of browns and beiges. Her head table was a ten foot long real Eucalyptus swag that ran all of the way down the center. We had antique gold tall candle holders along with gold votives. Center pieces were rust colored mini vases with wooden slabs and gold table numbers. Jessica cried when she came out and saw the room which then made me cry. It was truly a beautiful day! Thank you Jessica for allowing me to decorate for you!

Geri

Geri came on the bus to create her vision of a fun, fishing themed wedding. I absolutely love a good theme so I could not help but go a little "overboard" to create Geri's fishing themed wedding centerpieces. She married Greg in the middle of July so we chose bright yellow sunflowers accented with steel blue flowers and cheesecloth for the tables. We had bobbers, fish decor, little row boats and custom made wood signs to showcase this fabulous couple! To top it all off, Geri and Greg got married inside of a fishing boat! Thank you Geri and Greg for trusting me to cast a line and bring you a great catch!

Kaitlyn

I have always wanted to do a Wild Flower Wedding so when Kaitlyn came aboard the Bubbly and Beautiful bus and told me she wanted wild flowers, I was ecstatic! Kaityln chose a cascading wild flower bridal bouquet along with medium sized wild flower bouquets for her bridemaids. The head table was the showstopper! I custom made 5 separate pieces that attach together to make one long wild flower centerpiece. We topped it off with tall crystal stemmed candle holders and glass candle holders with tapers. She also used our vintage arch with wildflower aisle markers.

Allie

Allie is my beautiful step-daughter! She had such a beautiful and unique vision for her wedding! She wanted classic black and white decor with a little bit of tan and boho! It turned out beautifully! I am so proud of her and we love our new son in law too!

April

I absolutely LOVE fall and so when April came aboard the bus and told me she wanted a Fall wedding with all of the fall colors, I went a little over board! Her wedding was gorgeous! Love, love, love the colors! Also, check out her very cool dress!

Lizzy

Lizzy is my beautiful daughter who was married back in 2023 but I snuck her in here because I enjoyed decorating for her wedding so very much and I love Lizzy and Conor so very much! We did a rustic theme with tall centerpieces and gold candle accents. Love you Lizzy and Conor!
